Position Summary

Wondfo USA’s Product Marketing Manager will lead the Product Marketing team, align cross-functional departments within the company, and champion the Wondfo brand to expand the clientele base within the US and internationally. The Marketing Manager will assist in planning marketing strategies, and will offer insight for guiding the company’s product roadmap.


  • Serve internally as leader of Wondfo’s Marketing Team, providing guidance to the team and ensuring the team’s efforts are aligned cross-functionally with the Sales Team and the company’s upper management
  • Coordinate communications between the Product Development and the Sales Teams, and facilitate execution of commercial strategies to establish Wondfo as a top contender among IVD providers
  • Track market conditions and build a robust image of the competitive landscape to predict opportunities, identify risks, and lead strategic planning
  • Analyze competitive product lines and provide insight for future product line development, pricing, and overall commercialization processes
  • Oversee selection and sourcing of private label and branded IVD products. Maintain and build good relationships with key vendors
  • Develop and execute tactical marketing plans for new and existing product lines
  • Establish objectives, standards, and prioritize tasks to be implemented across the company’s marketing and sales teams
  • Map strategic business plans and track annual sales to sustainably increase revenue
  • Strategically expand upon the company’s clientele, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Develop product training, supervise marketing and sales procedures, and suggest and implement changes as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree (MS, PhD) preferred
  • 5+ years of commercial marketing experience, preferably within the biotechnology/life sciences fields
  • Proven success in developing materials and tools for product commercialization
  • Demonstrated analytical expertise in market analysis and forecasting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, particularly when aligning cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bilingual Mandarin-English is a plus
  • Approximately 30% travel within the United States, with occasional international travel required
  • Position will be based in San Diego, CA
