How can I access support for my PET life™ product?
1. Make sure you’ve registered your product through our “http://wondfousa.zendesk.com/”.

What is the Pro-DX used for?
The PET life™ Pro-DX Analyzer is used to measure various health markers in whole blood, serum or plasma taken from cats and dogs. Analysis of these markers can help assess health and diagnose various conditions.
Where do I register my PET life™ instrument?
Click the PET life™ Tech Support button. In our Help Center, click the ‘Submit A Request’ button and select the Registration Form. Fill out the details requested and submit.
Why do I need to register my PET life™ instrument?
Completion of the Registration Form is required to validate and activate your instrument’s warranty.
What is the cProg test used for?
The canine progesterone (cProg) test measures the rise and fall of progesterone to better predict optimal fertility windows.
